  1. The exclusive products & services available on this site and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal and/or professional use only.  You may not sell or re-sale any of our products or services.  We track all purchases. ONLY approved staff, authorized retailers, or  independent sales representatives are legally approved.  Approval of & by Nakeah Cosmetics of Hollywood is required for all sales.
  2. All copy right laws are enforced and protected by the United States and International laws, including laws governing copyrights and trademarks. Content on our website are not to be used without written approval by Nakeah Cosmetics of Hollywood.
  3. Below you'll find all policies for ordering, exchanges and/or refunds requests.
  4. We accept all major credit cards via our online shop.
  5. All online orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours.  Orders are usually received within 3-5 business days. Customers receive a shipping notification and a tracking # promptly. If any item is out-of-stock it will be noted on the website and you will be notified via email once the item is back in stock. Please also feel free to contact us to inquire.
  6. Now shipping Internationally. For assistance: info@nakeahcosmetics.com.
  7. Rush orders are permitted for purchases but must be requested by phone or you may email: info@nakeahcosmetics.com. Expedited shipping charges will be applied to your rush order.
  8. Some of our Beauty Collections are Seasonal. Please feel free to contact us to inquire about any particular item.
  9. Certain back-ordered items can take 10-20 days to reproduce. We will ship immediately priority mail once your requested items are back in stock. Please include your phone number and email address with your order.  You'll be asked to submit this information at checkout. This can also be sent via our contact page or by email. You will be contacted promptly and provided an estimated delivery date.

  11. An automated receipt is generated & sent to you electronically at the completion of payment processing.

  13. Shipping is applied to all orders with the exclusion of special promotions. Join our mailing list below for promotions announcements.
  14. International Shipping Fees include additional insurance, paperwork is completed by our staff at the time of shipping. There is an International Handling Fee of $14.95 for all International Orders.
  15. There are NO refunds on products purchased. Exchanges are permitted on un-used & unopened items only.
  16. We take our brand's safety, health and the sanitation of our products quite seriously. Once an item is shipped, received by a customer, opened and used there are no returns permitted. Again, exchanges are permitted on un-used products only.
  17. We are not able to make changes after your order has been placed. However, if a mistake was made on our end, please contact us right away. We will expedite and correct promptly.  
  18. We provide Online Consultations and dynamic Makeup Classes for our customers. Please call or message us via our contact page to schedule.
  19. For Makeup Classes, visit our Academy for details. 
  20. Fees for classes cannot be credited towards products or services. Product charges cannot be credited for classes.
  21. There are no refunds on makeup kit purchases once your order has been placed. 
  22. Makeup Kit Collections are seasonal.
