  • Back-ordered items can take 7-14 days to reproduce. We will ship immediately priority mail one's your requested items are back in stock.   • Rush orders are permitted for purchases but must be requested by phone or you may email: info@nakeahcosmetics.com. Expedited shipping charges will be applied to your order.

  • We take our brand's safety, health and the sanitation of our products quite seriously. Once an item is shipped, received by a customer, opened and used there are no returns permitted. Again, exchanges are permitted on un-used products only.
  • We are not able to make changes after your order has been placed. However, if a mistake was made, please call us right away. We will expedite and correct any mistake made on our end.  
  • We provide Online Consultations and dynamic Makeup Classes for our customers. Please call or leave message us via our contact page to schedule.

  • Fees for classes cannot be credited towards products or services. Product charges cannot be credited for classes.
  • There are no refunds on makeup kit purchases once your order has been placed.
